Basement flooded 2 weeks after closing, builder knew that sump pump was faulty prior to closing and assured me that it had been fixed. HVAC duct work was not connected to main trunk. Electrical switches that don't operate anything. They have large discounts often-- but they are not large enough for the headaches and heartaches you will suffer if you purchase from Centex!!!!!!
