Creek Development SUCKS
I moved in 3 years ago and I am still waiting for things to get fixed that were broke prior to me moving in. I have no landscaping on my building and anything that I needed fixed has required a lawyer to get it completed. He has poor accounting systems and could not tell you who has paid dues and who hasn't. Many times our insurance has gone faulty and our utility bills are never paid. I have found many things against code, holes in my sump pump, lights falling from the ceiling (had all light switches rewired because they could cause a fire), windows not replaced that the builder broke, refusing to pay taxes, nail pops in all walls (they came to fix and started a job and never finished it) and dripping noises all the tim. Many people I know have leaky roofs, mold problems, and the same problems I am having. He never finishes what he starts and the only way that he will respond is with a lawyer. I would never allow him to build a home for me or anyone else I know. He cuts corners and doesn't care what happens. I have had an inspector out and he has stated that he does a great job hiding problems and is surprised that it passed the building inspection. Many of my lights don't have electrity and some lights only come on while others come on.
