Leaking Home
I built a new home with TJ Cachey Builders, in New Lenox. My home has leaked since I moved in with no resolution to the problem. I now have mold in my basement with a new born on the way. I have been in talks with the builder, who did try and fix the problem for over a year; However, who now is refusing to fix the problem (or he is not capable of doing so). I thought going with a smaller, family owned builder would be a benefit...Guess not. I am in the process of hiring a lawyer...They have an arbitration clause in the contract to benefit them so be careful with what you sign. Don't know how he could continue placing my family's health at risk over money. "family-owned-and-operated business on a solid foundation of integrity and trust" BUYER BEWARE
