Thumbs up to Neumann Homes and the Conservancy!
The Conservancy and Neumann Homes seems to be a great community/Home Builder. Lots of options available to new home buyers. Our suggestion to future home builders is to try and sell their home and purchase new or ride out the market. You will get a better deal from Neumann and nearly all other builders in the Chicago market right now if you buy and rent or by and sell on your own.
