Our home has been a nightmare. We have had holes in our attic, a leaky basement, water at our foundation, water streaming down garage walls, broken pipes leaking through the ceiling, mold behind insulation, windows replaced due to faulty seals, fireplace replaced, bowed walls, humps in floors, central air unit needs a new motor, and that's not everything. Unfortunately, we have been in our home for going on 10mos., and we still are arguing with Kennedy to have things fixed. Some of the things that have been broken, Kennedy swore they fixed before we moved in! We are very unhappy.

The house was completed on time, the closing was long and they scheduled it on a holiday-when we needed to get paperwork from our mortgage broker he was not in. They did not add the water line for the fridge, the electric for the dryer, did not replace the broken disposal, all of which we paid extra for. Then when they installed the electric for the dryer it would not work. The dishwasher door cannot open all the way because it hits the stove at the bottom. five months after moving in the drywall is popping out and shifting, I can see all the tape lines and nails around the tape lines. Our yard along with all the neighbors yards has large sinkholes all over. They just throw these houses together so fast, then when something happens, I have to miss work and go by their schedule to have them come out and look at it.

Kennedy is a great builder, they were very helpful during the selection process and have many options for everything in the house. We closed right on time and had a smooth closing. The quality is good and did not find many problems during the walk through. overall I would definitaly recommend Kennedy for they are a great builder in all ways.
