Enough to Get away with

The homes are poorly built with very cheap materials. When the warranty people were addressed about the structure of the home, the electricity, and the indentations in the concrete floor we were told that it was within regulations and they were not obligated to anything more. the lights dim in my house when other appliances are turned on and the concrete and floor boards are warped and have indents in them.
