buyer beware

The sales agent was one of the worst, we were given keys to look at the properties for ourselves. Lots of new home construction. We found out from several residents of this particular community that it was fairly new and if they had to do it all over again, they would not have bought in this community. Found out there is a water treatment plant near by and the stench is terrible especially during evening night hours. Company has poor response time in fixing things. I also found out through BBB they have unsatisfactory rating in several states. No wonder the homes were a steal, for a 5 bedroom home $175,000.
