major errors in the contract, amount of earnest money needed, 11 days late finishing and it cost me $3700.(no help from builder) out of pocket for a hotel and the moving company. after the closing they announced there was a lein on the property- they knew this before the closing and told us after the papers were signed-it was paid that day after I got mad and demanded a release of lein letter before 3PM. The settlement sheet was full of errors and they tried to withhold $5600. until I discovered. Many lies,and problems with the whole process. My realtor said she had never had these type errors in 20 years. Plumbing problem that took months to have corrected. Plumbing kept backing up--after 4 months a new plumber finally replaced 3 ft. of the sewer line and found trimmings from the rough plumbing installation that were left in the pipe and caused the backup.It was very hard to get the builder to respond until I hired a plumber and he would have had to pay for it.
