Shelhorse Homes has the most beautiful homes my husband and I looked at. We searched all around the Columbus area. Everything is detailed from the chair rail to the brick design above the windows. Mr. Shelhorse has creative ideas and even listened to our own. He always had so much to say when we met with him, he knows his stuff! This builder and his wife were very friendly and were always on top of things. His wife gave us easy to follow lists of where we should look for certain lights fixtures, appliances, and wall colors. My husband and I highly recommend this builder.

I did not use a realtor which we regret severly. My neighbors and I have tried all means possble to feel comfortable and satisfied with our home. We would try and discourage all prospects interested in Shellhouse homes. There are a few that afraid telling the truth would reduce resale value. We'll its not going to help either once you have invested 2 to 300k that will be worth less in the future anyway. Ask anyone in Laurel Ridge Subdivision. Im hoping the other builders would carry the blunt of my misfortune.
