Pennyworth.... shattered our dream

The quality control was non existent. People running for permits inept. Communication with utilities companys nonexistent. They were unfamiliar with local building codes. Had inspection failures with numerous delays. Sales people not provided with latest options and selections available although they tried with what they had. Finanacing with IndyMac was their primary and allowed no owner control over draws. Pennyworth was given exclusive control of when and what stage draws were made even though work was not completed or in some cases not even started. They took a draw for $2,500.00 for exterior painting and we had vinyl siding , and only needed 2 doors and 2 columns painted. They seemed to over extend themselves by not having enough employees to cover the jobs, especially in the areas of quality control and supervision. Want to know more contact us.
