Comments:
This builder does not communicate anything to the customer or to their field personnel. Consistantly throughout the process I knew more than my field people did. My sales person was never given any proper material to do her job. Management would never return my calls and when they did make a decision on something they didn't call me, they had a field person call me which I found disrepectful. Apparently management didn't feel I was important enough to be blessed with a phone call.
