Problems from the beginning, lack of communication due to employee turn over resulted in many details missed. Communication with us would have been key to a proper outcome. No supervision of subs resulting in many mistakes with specs, interior as well as exterior choices were not double checked with what we selected. Many Many defects in the workmanship including but not limited too - house not built according to plans, wrong plans being on site during important stages of house, wrong trusses ordered, wrong mortor for the brick (which we pointed out), wrong interior paint (which we had to point out as well) etc etc etc. Because of the lack of communication and the lack of supervision and the wrong plans, the results were a huge loss to the builder and in turn came down on us as consumers. Plans were not given to us and their reason is copyright infringement. PLans have to be given to you since they are your plans. It has been almost a year and house is still not complete.
