Lely - Majors

We were one of the first homes built in Lely Majors so many items needed to be worked out as the home was being built - the builder had not decided all of the options available when we started the process - Once construction started, sometimes the supervisor spotted things had to be ripped out and redone which was time consuming, but in the end we were and are happy with the results. Construction staff had several changes during our process which made it difficult to follow what items of concern were being passed on to new staff or what had to be brought up again. Our sales person was wonderful. I have recommended the Builder / Developer to several friends who have also bought homes since in Lely.
