The salesman we had did not know enough about what he was doing. He was nice enough just not too smart. The building supervisor was great. We were living in a different state when the house was being built and he called us every Friday like clock work to tell us what was going on. He returned our calls as soon as he got our messages. He oversaw all the warranty issues and had them taken care of to our satisfaction. The main problem we had was dealing with the salesman, as I said he was not too smart and really got on my nerves.
