Highly Recommend Adam's Homes (Huntsville, AL)

This is the second house we have built and it has been a really good experience this time around. My previous builder (Tanski Construction in Saratoga County, NY) was horrible and made a concerted effort to prevent us from reviewing the workmanship. They were slow (it took over a year to build a 1650 sq ft home), it was very poor workmanship and they really didn't care much. On the other hand, Adam's Homes (Huntsville, AL) has encouraged us to review workmanship during the building process so that any issues could be dealt with immediately. Also, the estimated time to closing was ~180 days at the most. The process has been steady and fast. The builder is meticulous and the construction is very high quality. The floor plans are spacious, attractive, and cozy. You can't go wrong with this builder. We first decided to use this builder based on a recommendation from our Realtor who said they were fantastic. Her assessment has been correct thus far.
