Not satisfied with punchlist repairs

My problems with the builder mainly came after closing. My punch list took almost a year to be completed. Also, during that time we had the people do shotty work that had to be replaced. The painters did a poor job from the beginning and would have an attitude if you asked them to fix something. Our shower caved in due to the plumbing people not putting the drain in correctly. That took over a month to fix. That is CRAZY!
