Charter homes has not been fair or honest in the process of building our home. Everything that there responsible to fix or repairs still has yet to be addressed. They don't apear to care, I would never recomend this builder to anyone ever! You best know every detail in options or you'll have many things you'ed wish to have in a home.The best advise I could give is have an attorney right from the start!

I will never buy another Charter Home. We are VERY dissatisfied with the quality and the misrepresentation of many things that did not end up the way promised. Get everything in writing to protect yourself. Visit your homesite often to make sure it is coming along as you intend

Builder does not communicate with homeowner! I will never build another home or would I ever recommend this builder! I have yet to meet anyone in this community that is happy with the product or the service they received! Don't believe their hype! I live right next to the model and if I am treated this way, how well do you think you'll be treated!
