We will never buy from Ryan Homes again; craftmansship and attention to detail are not their strong suits.

problems
we had problems all around and they where not willing to compensate us for everything they put us through. we had problems with pigeons, leaks in the roof and the basement. Plus everything they said we would have as far as ammenities never happened. They lied to all of us in this neighborhood.

ryan homes seems to take an extremely long time to construct a home. dont get me wrong, when they actually dig the hole to start it takes approximatly 3 months. but after we signed our paperwork it was to our knowledge that they were going to start right away so we were told, but it took over 2 years to start due to permit issues and so forth. They should tell people that from the begining so customers wont put their current house up for sale and be displaced.
