Homeowner
Once we closed on your new home and completed the customer satisfaction survey, our original Builder Rep. did not follow through with promises of help with an issue that was yet resolved---and remains unresolved to our satisfaction. In addition, we had to take a strong stand about a second issue during our one-year warranty period to get it resolved. While our experience has been somewhat better than we truly expected overall---it still appears that once the deal is closed--the Builder's interest in truly solving your problems wanes....surprise, surprise...
