Do not buy from McDaniel's Homes!
I experienced SIGNIFICANT delays on the completion of my home, with numerous miscommunication and deceptions. I am currently being taken to court for a Mechanic's lien because the builder did not pay the subcontractor even though the bank released the funds several months ago. I experienced a year's delay, and had to stay in a hotel for 7 months waiting for the builder to follow through on failed promises. This builder and his representitives are people that will say anything, but deliver little to nothing.

dont waste your time or money on a mcdaniels home or products
house deliverd after 9 month delay,brick work not witholding elements,major leaking throughout the whole front of house,include water damage from upper floor bedroom down 2 stories to the niagra falls in the basement. also water enterring into garage owner canot make any improvement to property until issues are addressed.mcdaniels homes have been notified about this issue 3 months into my family taking delevery.and for what ever reason advoid addressing these issue ive been here for 14 months with no resolution in site

McDaniels Homes should have its license taken by the State. This company has no business ethics or integrity.
