The builder knew I was having the movers comming in on the day of the inspection so he used that as leverage not to repair things I did not like at the closing inpsection. He tried to say those were house maintenance items. The builder has not fixed problems with leaky drains in my kitchen I reported 4 months ago which damaged my kitchen cabinets. The realtor sold us a lot we picked first, and then came back to tell us the house we wanted could not fit in that lot after we had already put the ernest money down. We should gotten out of the deal then but we were stupid and inexperienced, and the builder capitalized on that.
