Great house, faulty workers

I love my house, community, and floor plan with Steve Brown. Everyone in his office are great when we have a problem they return calls immediatly, which is the problem. I feel for a new house I have had too many problems since we moved in. I understand there are bugs to work out, but it has gone over board. I love Steve and his immediate group I do not like who he hires to do the work. They obviously do not put much effort into making sure the job is done well, only that the job is done, which in turn causes problems and they end up coming back out to fix what should have been done right in the first place. To list a few of the problems we have had roofing out twice, electrical out twice, and plumbing out twice. The foreman knows me by first name, but would never dare to call my by my first name. Very proper and considerate guy.
