Bad building experience

We finished the inside of the house orselves because they were doing such a poor job on the other part. Holes shot through outside sheathing ,windowframes,paint put on with no primer ,sub floor left with no roof for ice to accumulate on then puddle.Windows substandard lables inbetween double pane. Contractor camped out in a travel trailer with his kids. Contractor sawed off half of the hold downs on foundation sain they wern't neded. Would never have them build for us again or let one of our friends use them.
