Comments:
Builder promised all to be completed by closing. Four days after close, all is not complete and final inspections have not taken place yet. I can't believe closing was allowed to take place without final inspections!!

Comments:
Perry Hood Homes didn't glue some of the pvc pipe together and we had a leak in the attic. Ruined part of ceiling. Since was outside of 1 year warranty, he would not repair. Also, toilet was being held down by one bolt. Wouldn't fix that either.
