Happy
They have been great. We are first-time buyers, and I didn't think it was possible for it to go this smoothly after hearing other people's stories. We couldn't be happier with out decision.

Comments on Builder
Hovnanian was excellent on customer service and making good on necessary items on the punch list. They are not good on making changes to the plan...you buy what they offer and if you want to make changes, you make them yourself after closing. This becomes an expensive proposition when the changes are minor however, they are a good company and delivered a good product.
