I just moved into my new Pulte Home and so far i have no complaints - there was minimal touch ups to be done and they have been done in a timely manner - I think Pulte is one of the better builders.

very unhappy and getting beat down by Pulte. They built are house in wrong place, had countless plumbing issues one of which caused the kitchen cieling to fall in, we have to keep plungers in all bathrooms. they also linked our mortgage to construction. They really let us down and are only making things worse by not taking care of their end of the contract.
