Unusual circumstances demand getting it in writing.....

Delafield Construction (also known d/b/a Coral Isle Pools) had built a pool and a house addition at our former home. The work was excellent. We hired him to build our new home. During the course of building our home Mr. Delafield, the builder, died. He would have rated a "10" or near 10 on all categories. Unfortunately, his daughter and son took over to complete the house. The construction time lengthened, several things we had agreed on with Mr Delafield were no longer included, and the quality of construction declined. I cannot speak to the fault of any one person on this project, as the children are not builders, but they could have been more cooperative, and shown much more attention to detail, both during and after the project. I don't think they plan to build any more houses.
