Avoid Cordelle Development Corporation

Cordelle Development Corporation must be avoided! The poured concrete foundation for my home was mis-constructed! One corner of the foundation was missing the proper footer. To use an analogy, imagine a rectangular table with only three legs. This compromised the structural integrity of the foundation. Only two months into the project, the foundation began to crack at the compromised corner. Significant water and mineral penetration occurred, and was visible from inside the basement even several days of dry weather. These cracks were large enough to allow at least one coin to fit into! Also, the builder was outright rude, and was a liar! He avoided answering questions honestly. When confronted with the truth, he then changed his answer. I had enough verbal debates with Cordelle Development Corporation. Avoid Cordelle!!!
