Comments:
Builder failed to install windows to manufactures written instalation. and to Thurston County building code. builder has said that it is our fault that the house leaked because we failed to maintain the caulking on the house that was only 8 months old. our infant son became very ill because of the mold under his carpet caused from the leaky windows.
