They has been contacted on many, many occasions by myself and made aware that items on our walk-through have still not been completed and it is approaching 2 years now. On the morning of our walk-through (just 6 hours before closing because they BARELY made the closing date and also seem to do it that way so any problems on the walk-through will not have to be immediately fixed and once they get paid for the house they will get to it at their leisure if at all. I have been pushed aside, delayed, avoided and also had part of my property line taken b/c they made several mistakes in the layout of the home and one next to me. Our driveway cracked 3 months after move in and they won't fix it. Our Garage floor has spider cracks (both small and large) in several places. One of our outside door's frame is rotten already. Our yard was very poorly grated and not near enough dirt was added. Our stairs creek excessively, two of our doors inside had to be replaced only after over sixty phone calls and 10 attemps to fix the defective ones with each time after the second we were told it would be the last attempt. simply does not care and has people chained up so to speak with the big mistake we did by signing his builder form with binding arbitration. <<<BE WARE!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Once again, been made FULLY Aware by repeated calls and even a couple of letters my my attorney and HE COULD CARE LESS about our troubles.
