Builder only addressed problems with construction when threatened with legal action. Builder used subcontractors who consistently performed substandard work. Builder's office assistants did not ensure that phone calls regarding construction problems were returned in a timely manner. Builder ignored outside professional assessments of construction problems. Builder's superviser made appointments to assess construction problems and then did not show up. Builder has repeatedly refused to address issues regarding stucco and now have water damage that will require costly repairs.
