Happy Homeowner!
I have been in my house 1 year and love it! We haven't had any problems that matter. Tony Williams has been great at getting anything done that we have needed. The sales personel have always been wonderful and very helpful.

Comments:
bad construction.
poor building construction. are house has floor tile that are continually cracking. banister that fell off from the second floor. leaking roof that to months to repair, plumbing that came up in the middle of the dining room floor. garage to small to fit a medium size truck in. failed to finish gate and fence in nieghborhood, failed to fix sinkhole in road, all the landscaping in nieghborhood is dying, poor drainage.
