This was the first home we built. Jesse Phelps was wonderful to work with, helping and guiding us through the entire process. The home is gorgeous inside and out with tremendous attention to detail. Jesse continues to make himself readily available to address any issues that arise. The whole process was a very enjoyable one. We would certainly recommend Phelps Constrcution to anyone interested in building a home in the Rochester area.
