Customer relations, lack of
It is obvious that Pulte is not interested in customer satisfaction. While they may cross the line with respect to nondisclosure laws, their company policy is one of don't tell the customer anything unless they ask the question specifically. Additionally, they will not allow some options at this location that are available at their San Antonio location. Which would suggest that engineering cost is not the issue, it is only a lack of customer consideration. They have designed a kitchen that features GE Monogram appliances, however the cabinets over the referigerator space will not accomodate a GE monogram referigerator. They have been aware of this for over a year, and will neither correct the problem, nor do they tell you about it. In our case the cabinet above the refigerator is a stand alone cabinet, and they still refused to install the cabinet high enough to accomodate thhe referigerator that matches the other appliances.
