Pre-settlement problems still not fixed yet and it has been 60 days since we made settlement. There are too many problems to list here. However, to give you an idea about the poor quality workmanship, the builder intentionally made one of our walls crooked just so they did not have to take down our drop ceiling and make it level, plumb and square. The house design is good and so is the location. Problem is they do NOT utilize good craftmen - they hire workers who do POOR QUALITY work, all in an effort to make a bigger profit. If they do not remedy this soon, will report them to the PA Consumer Protection Agency.
