When you move into a new home you expect to find a few minor things wrong but when you move into a home built by khov you are always wondering whats going to break next. Also on top of this they have the worst warrenty dept I have ever dealt with. At first they will tell you the warrenty dose not cover the problem you are having, then they tell you they are going to fix it anyway but in the end nothing gets fixed and they just stop returning calls.

This is the second new house we have had built. Of the two, the quality of the construction, finish work, and follow-up service is far worse than we could have imagined and we were already cynical from our first new house construction. We, along with fellow neighbors, have had problems ranging from poor finish work, to completely sub-par and inadequate heating/AC systems (please check the internet as there are many article about this builder being suied over this continuing problem in many of their communities), to poor quality materials, and even structural problems. Their follow-up is wonderful until you complete there "survey", which they hound you to complete immediately giving the customer no time to truly evaluate the quality and service. I would not recommend this builder to my worse enemy...and remember...I had low expectations to begin with!
