This home was mostly subcontracted out to others with several homes being built at one time. It is my opinion, speedy work to finish was the main culprit in the flaws in our home. We found the slab in the living room to be grossly uneven due to a large patch that was not trowel finished smooth when we were laying a hardwood floor. Took many hours of labor to make it suitable to lay the floor. The sidewalk is uneven. The grading in the yard left a very rolling lawn that is hard to walk on and there are several places the septic lines are on the suface and cracked. We have not addressed these with the builder as yet as we don't believe they are unders warranty. Most of our complaints in other areas have been dealt with with no problems other than taking a while for the sub to show up. The builder appears to be a really nice guy and is well received by the local area. I just believe his subs were a bit unconcerned with quality workmanship. The price was good for this home, in this neighborhood, with the features it has.
