House builder.

The builder did not include everything in our final loan. Therefore we paid for the flooring out of pocker ($10,000) which really hurt!!!!! Many things in our home are constructed in the cheapest way possible. We have had creaky floors and air leaks as well. We believe he is a very nice person, but not a great builder. I'm sure he does fine finishing basements and smaller projects but the bigger ones I wouldn't reccommend. The plumbers & electrians really tried to get your every buck. I hope someone else has better luck than we did.
