Kyle Isbell/Isbell Homes...3 yr old home needs MAJOR HOME REPAIR!!!

Our home was built by Kyle Isbell of Isbell Homes in 2003. We closed on the house brand new almost completed when we drove by and looked at it when we were searching for a new house. Loved it and closed on it in May 2004. We had alist of things that we wanted done and he signed it at closing that he would do all these things. For example, he had asked us what kind of tree we wanted in the front yard. I told him a non fruit bearing crab apple tree in memory of my deceased father. Every other tree on the street were nice trees 2-3 yrs old probably. The tree, no the stick he planted was the right kind but looked like a ten foot stick! No limbs,no leaves, it was so bad we called it our Charlie Brown tree. Also, we have multiple light outlets that either one or all (up to 3)of the switches don't turn anything on!!! The master bath light switches are so messed up it would take too long to explain it. Let me just say that the day we closed he told us that in order to get one light switch to work they had to install a plug outlet about 1-2 inches off the floor on the wall by my husbands sink. I mean seriously what the heck would anyone do that for. The paint in the guest bathroom is so thin that you can see where they wrote some measurements on the wall. We now have a leak in the master bath closet on the wall that the shower backs up to but it leaks even though shower hasn't been used in over a week. We had to pull up the carpet and padding so it wouldn't mildew. The wall has no water stains, it is coming from between the baseboard and the concrete. We have a stone arch entry to the front porch and there is a crack that has run up the middle and completely to the side. This house is not that old to even be doing this kind of crap. This house is over $165,000.00 and this is totally unacceptable! These are MAJOR HOME REPAIRS that this idiot has caused by cutting corners whenever possible. I made him repaint the entire living room because you could see where they had gone back and touched up by hand many many spots on the walls. and even a handprint. They spraypainted first i guess so when they touched it up by hand naturally it looks much darker. He actually said in front of the realtor and my husband "I don't know what your seeing because I don't see anything". I then walked up and put my hand in the same spot as the handprint you could see on the wall. He tries to make you feel like your an idiot. We love our home for the most part, but these are some major issues that a 3 yrs old home should not be having!
