House built quickly and with average quality construction. They are not good at fixing problems, though, even though they include a 1 year warranty. Had a problem with missing drywall in the garage that they never repaired even though they were called a number of times and they always promised to fix it. The paint job on the exterior doors was pitiful, and they would not have it redone.
