unsatisfied
constant changes in responsible personel (foreman) made coordination impossible. Sub contractors appeared without appointments so no one was home. Everyone we spoke to said the problem was someone else's responsibility. Problems in the master bath are still not resolved as are exterior lawn and trim problems. Snow removal this past winter was unacceptable. Neighbors seem to have the same complaints about communication and resolution of problems. This is an age restricted community that has many working families and getting work done other than regular business hours should be available.

KHovnanian builders are superior: their committment to the project, attention to detail, followup at periodic intervals as to anything that might be needed to be repaired.... You could not find a better builder anywhere in my opionion.
