Shady Builders

The builder did not follow through on several of the problems that we had with the home. We still have flooding in our basement when it rains heavy. It took him a year to fix the siding on the house. It took 3 times for him to correct the leak we had in the roof and has yet to fix the sheet rock that was runied. We had a major flood in the attic because the air conditioning unit was not properly installed. The gas fireplace was not installed correctly and was leaking gas. We were told the house came with screens and when it came time to receive them the builder told us it was not in our contract so we needed to purchase them. I had an overall bad experience with this house which is going to cost so much more to fix it right then to depend on a shady builder.
