Grading problems in back yard make it virtually unuseable due to standing wate and mosquitos, Grout is falling out of tiles in shower area, cracking in caulking around all windows. Slab is uneven with large gaps under molding - promise to fix - never showed. If D.R. Horton is Americas builder - it must be South America. I would not buy another home from this company if they where the only ones building!
