As a first homeowner my experience with this builder was definitely not an enjoyable one. With the housing boom in my area, houses are being built so fast that the homeowner suffers. I have encountered numerous problems from unpainted door frames, holes in ceilings and walls, crooked walls, defective flooring, improperly installed carpeting and this is just a small portion of their poor quality workmanship. In terms of upgrades they do not offer many, and what they did offer in my subdivision was poor quality. They do have a warranty program in place but depending upon the problem it can take a long time for any resolution. Based on everything I have experienced I would seriously think about investing in a home by this particular builder.
