PARKSIDE HOMES, LLC (BUYER BEWARE---SEE ME BEFORE BUYING A HOME THAT IS BUILT BY THIS COMPANY!!!)
This entire experience is a continuing nightmare!!! My home is a LEMON...The builder and his representatives do not stand behind anything they say. My home is 15 months old. I still have "punch list" items not addressed because numerous major issues arose that needed priority. The builder has taken me for granted. He contracts underskilled labor. His product is below industry standards in construction. Poor workmanship is an understatement. This house is shoody to say the least. He states in my contract that a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty was to be purchased by him. However, he forgot about it, then in an attempt to submit a late application lost it twice. Then sent the payment check without a signature. The warranty company chose to send out an inspector and wanted me to sign a Builder-Buyer letter agreeing that my home was free of repair issues. I could not sign this letter for it would be fraudulent. The policy was never issued. I have no warranty on my home. The builder has not made any attempt to complete the remaining repair issues.
Practically every system has failed in my home: including all of the plumbing..HVAC systems and flooring. Justice needs to prevail and this builder should be held accountable. Tammie R. Lehmann RN
