Were not very responsive and did not complete all work prior to closing. Had to follow-up to get 22 month warranty work set up.

Comments:
Morrison customer service is extremely poor. They are very slow to repair minor defects during the warranty process. I have also experienced structural and erosion problems with my home and Morrison has yet to make the proper repairs. These problems have occured within 12 months of the closing of my newly constructed home. BEWARE!!
