Deerbrooke homes has the most disrespectful approach to customer service that we have ever experienced. The builder was blatently rude and difficult to work with. Because of all of our trouble, we find it difficult to enjoy our new home. Before using this builder or any builder, we highly recommend meeting all parties involved and the people who work for them. You can find out a lot about a potential builder by talking to people who work for them. We got an earful of negative talk about our builder from almost every subcontractor that worked for him. He treated them with just as much disrespect as he did us. It is sad that builders continue to make money and treat their clients in such a way. After all, we do pay their bills and afford them nice cars. How about a little respect Deerbrooke?
