I am highly satisfied with the builder because they provided everything for us as the first time buyer and it was very easy process too.

My townhome is 2 years old and I have a large leaking crack in my basement wall, which occured shortly after my 1 year warranty. Needless to say, they refuse to fix. this is not an isolated problem. Several neighbors have had problems with concrete work.
