Comments:
Do not waste your money to buy a DR Horton Homes
On June 19, 2007 we received a letter from Burgundy Rose Homeowners Assn Northwest Commnunity Management requiring that the landscaping maintenance of space below the wall along come SE 157 th into compliance with the CC&Rs by 6/27/2007. If this matter is not resolved by 6/27/07, the board may begin to impose a fine of $15/day until it is compliance. We have contacted my Builder DR Horton Portland Inc in writing to let them know and they have agreed that they will complete the requested within 24 HRS. However, as today 6/24/2007 the job was not completed by DR Horton Portland Inc. We ask DRH respect Homebuyers by completing the job date within the requested.
