Builder took 7 months to follow up on our service request and then refused to fully satisfy our request for full replacement value, reasoning that there has now been 6 months of wear and tear. We're still waiting for other service requests from original walk thru to be repaired. Given what we have had to endure through their escrow choice and extremely poor customer service we will never buy a home from this builder again and will do our best to make sure that our friends/families and acquaintances stay clear of this builder.
